FAQ

What should I do if I don't receive the password reset email?

Ensure you check your spam or junk mail folders. If you're still unable to find the email, try requesting a password reset again and verify that you've entered the correct email address.

How can I ensure my new password is secure?

Create a password using a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessed information like birthdays or common words. Consider using a passphrase for added strength.

Can I use a previous password when resetting my password?

No, for security reasons, your new password must be different from any of your previously used passwords. Make sure to create a unique and strong password each time.

What should I do if I continue having issues accessing my account?
